Complaints can be submitted in English or Danish. For other languages and possibilities for translation and interpretation, please contact the secretariat.
Checklist before submitting a complaint
For a complaint to be considered by NCP Denmark, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The complaint falls within the scope of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, which cover areas such as human rights, labour rights, international environmental standards, and anti-corruption.
- The complaint concerns a company, authority, or organisation, which is Danish or operates in Denmark.
- The issue occurred or was ongoing at a time within the past 5 years.
- The complaint is documented.
