About the submitter
Please state who you are so that we can contact you. The submitter cannot remain anonymous when submitting a complaint. However, if necessary, NCP Denmark can anonymise the complaint to other parties if there are concerns about reprisals.
You may be a directly affected party, an employee, or simply a concerned citizen. Anyone can submit a complaint.
Are you submitting the complaint on behalf of someone other than yourself?
How would you describe your or your organisation’s mandate to represent the party you are filing the complaint on behalf of?
Could submitting this complaint pose any risks to you or to others?
Please specify how NCP Denmark can support you in avoiding and mitigating any harm*

Who is the complaint about?
You can submit a complaint about enterprises operating in Denmark, as well as Danish enterprises, organisations, or authorities. The entity complained about is called “the respondent.”
If the complaint concerns a subsidiary, business partner, or multiple companies, you must describe the relationship to the Danish company, organisation, or authority concerned.

Your complaint
Please provide a short and clear description of what the complaint entails (the issues).  You may refer to any documentation you are attaching.
The issue(s) may involve abuse or accidents, but it might also concern an enterprise’s (lack of) policies. Specify where and when the issue(s) occurred, and who has been affected.
Describe the link between the issue(s) you are complaining about and the entity you are complaining about (the respondent). The link may be obvious if the issue raised is within the enterprise itself, for example, related to products or employees, but it might also be less obvious if the issue is related to the business relationships of the respondent, e.g. a supplier.
If in doubt, you can simply mention the chapters or topics that you believe are relevant to your complaint.

Documentation
Your complaint must be substantiated by sufficient and credible information. You must enclose documentation when submitting a complaint. This could be a concrete and precise description of the issue, together with, for example, correspondence between you and the respondent, investigations, photos, original documents, or video documentation.

Have you submitted a complaint or raised this concern elsewhere?

Any other information you find relevant

By submitting this complaint, you acknowledge that the information and documents you provide will, as a general rule, be shared with the entity that is the subject of the complaint, to the extent necessary for the handling of the case. Under special circumstances, information may be redacted or anonymised if confidentiality or the protection of individuals so requires. If a party requests that information not be shared in full, NCP Denmark will make a specific assessment of whether considerations of confidentiality—such as the protection of trade secrets or the risk of reprisals—justify withholding the information either wholly or partially.

You also acknowledge that the case is covered by The Danish Access to Public Administration Files Act (“Offentlighedsloven”). This means that, public access to specific documents may be granted upon request. However, certain documents and information may be exempt from disclosure, including internal working documents during the processing of the case, as well as information that is confidential for the protection of individuals or the trade secrets of companies.
