NCP Denmark publishes a brief summary of accepted complaints once the preliminary investigation is concluded.
Concluded cases
When a case is concluded, either through mediation or an actual investigation, NCP Denmark publishes a final statement.
One year after the conclusion of a specific instance, NCP Denmark publishes a follow-up statement on the implementation of either the mediation agreement or the recommendations from the final statement.
NCP Denmark’s statements will remain on the website for a maximum of 5 years from the date the final statement in the case is published.
All concluded cases are subject to the Danish Public Information Act.
